Who controls your information
Glo-Tribe Travels and Recruitment Ltd determines how personal data is used for its recruitment, travel, training, documentation, support and compliance services. The company is registered with Ghana’s Data Protection Commission as a data-processing entity.
Information we collect
Depending on your relationship with us, this may include identity and contact details, employment history, qualifications, licences, travel and immigration records, financial transactions, organisation records, communications, consent choices, technical access data and safeguarding reports. Medical or police records are collected only where required for an authorised process.
Why we use it
- To create and secure accounts, verify identity and manage applications.
- To assess suitability, coordinate recruitment and release profiles under consent.
- To prepare documents, support visa and travel processes and maintain placement welfare.
- To issue quotations, invoices, receipts, refunds and accounting records.
- To meet legal, regulatory, safeguarding, security and audit obligations.
Who may receive it
Access may be given to authorised Glo-Tribe staff, verified employers or foreign partners, training providers, professional or government authorities, payment providers, airlines, accommodation providers and other processors needed for the requested service. We limit access to the relevant purpose and role.
International transfers
International recruitment and travel may require information to be transferred outside Ghana. We assess the purpose, recipient and safeguards before disclosure and seek consent where required.
Retention and security
Records are retained according to legal, contractual, operational and safeguarding requirements, then securely deleted or anonymised. Controls include role-based access, staff MFA, private document storage, audit history and encrypted transport.
Your choices and rights
You may ask about access, correction, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, deletion where applicable, or make a privacy complaint. Some records must be retained despite a request where law, legal claims or safeguarding duties require it.
