Refund decisions follow the service stage and actual costs.
Effective 11 September 2026. This public summary should be read with the accepted quotation, invoice, service agreement and any supplier terms.
Scope
This policy covers international recruitment, visa and travel processing, flights and accommodation, training, documentation, and related medical, police, embassy, agent or employer costs handled by Glo-Tribe.
Potentially refundable amounts
A refund may be considered for a verified duplicate payment, overpayment, a service cancelled before work begins, or an approved service that Glo-Tribe does not deliver. The refundable amount is limited to funds actually received and eligible after completed work and committed external costs are deducted.
Normally non-refundable amounts
- Work already completed at an agreed stage.
- Embassy, visa, biometric, medical, police, courier, translation or similar official charges once paid or committed.
- Airline, hotel, foreign-agent or other supplier charges subject to their own cancellation rules.
- Training or documentation already delivered.
- Costs caused by inaccurate, incomplete, late or fraudulent client information.
Visa refusal and unsuccessful recruitment
A visa refusal or unsuccessful job application does not automatically create a refund. Glo-Tribe does not control employer, embassy, immigration or border decisions. Eligibility depends on the contracted service, work completed and recoverable external costs.
How to request a refund
- Sign in and open the Finance section of your portal.
- Select the relevant payment, requested amount, reason and preferred method.
- Attach supporting evidence where requested.
- Track the review, approval and payment status using the refund reference.
Review and payment
Glo-Tribe may request additional evidence. Approved refunds are paid to the original payer or another verified account authorised through the review process. The portal records approval history, payment and the applicable credit note or refund voucher.
